For any reason the customer needs to return a product, they should return it in its original condition. In it's correct packaging and labels before it is returned back. Refunds are only issued for customers who want to cancel their order. Please note that you must cancel your order no later than 24 hours after you have already placed the order. For customers who might have shipping issues or a ruined package due to shipping we do allow exchanges or store credit in the form of coupon codes and discounts. By adding any products from CWA into your cart you are agreeing to these terms for our Return/Refund Policy.
